Our policy permits exchanges only; returns are not accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@wearrae.in. Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, though exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.
Exchanges are only available for size-related issues where you wish to exchange for a different size in the same design.
